Pernikahan mewah anak Raja Arab Saudi, Salman bin Abdul Aziz, yang viral di dunia maya ini digelar di Hotel Four Seasons, Burj Alshaya, Kuwait.
Pangeran Arab Saudi, Sultan bin Salman diantar menggunakan mobil mewah dengan iring-iringan sekitar 30 mobil Range Rover putih. Dia tampak membawa sekitar 35 kotak berisi hadiah yang dipersembahkan untuk keluarga mempelai wanita. Selain itu, ada pula sebuah kereta yang dipenuhi dengan hadiah untuk sang istri.

Pangeran Sultan bin Salman merupakan anggota keluarga Kerajaan Arab Saudi pertama yang menjadi astronot. Dia juga menjadi orang Arab dan muslim pertama yang terbang ke luar angkasa.
Pangeran Sultan bin Salman memulai kariernya pada 1982 sebagai peneliti di bagian komunikasi internasional Kementerian Penerangan Arab Saudi. Pada 1984 sang pangeran bertugas sebagai pendamping atlet Arabia Saudi dalam Summer Olympics di Los Angeles.
Berawal dari situ, dia kemudian didaulat sebagai salah satu awak kapal ulang alik NASA untuk meletakkan satelit pada orbitnya termasuk milik Arab Saudi yang bernama ARABSAT-1B (Arab Satellite Communications Organization).
Pada 17 Juni 1985, NASA mengumumkan beberapa orang akan melakukan misi STS-51G yang salah satu tugasnya adalah meletakkan satelit pada orbit yang tepat. Saat itu Pangeran Sultan bin Salman bersama awak kapal yang lain berhasil melakukan perjalanan sejauh 3 juta mil ke luar angkasa yang memakan waktu sekitar 7 hari 1 jam 38 menit dan 52 detik. Selanjutnya, mereka kembali mendarat di Bumi pada 24 Juni 1985.
